Please read this terms of service agreement carefully before using this site or making a purchase. By using this website (www.vol3dprinting.com or www.login.3dprintingnearyou.org) (also called, "Content" or "The Provider") or by purchasing any products or service from Vol 3D Printing LLC, you agree to the following legally binding terms or service agreement.
Effective Date: 05/01/2026
- Scope of Services: We provide 3D printing, post‑processing, and related services based on customer‑supplied files, specifications, and materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Quotes, Orders, and Payment: Quotes are estimates and valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins after written order confirmation and payment per the invoice terms. We may suspend or cancel an order for nonpayment or incomplete information.
- Files, IP, and Compliance: You represent that you own or have rights to use all files and content you provide, and that they do not infringe any third‑party rights or violate laws. You grant us a limited license to use your files solely to fulfill your order. We may refuse any job that appears unlawful, dangerous, or beyond our capabilities.
- Specifications, Tolerances, and Samples: Unless otherwise stated, parts are produced to commercially reasonable 3D printing tolerances and may show layer lines or minor surface artifacts inherent to the process. You are responsible for reviewing proofs, samples, or test prints (if provided) and approving before full production.
- Quality, Inspection, and Acceptance: Inspect all items upon receipt. Claims for defects or shortages must be made in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photos and a description.
- Packaging, Shipping, and Risk of Loss: You are responsible for all packaging and delivery charges, including taxes, duties, and insurance (if applicable). Orders with packaging and delivery charges under $100 USD: The customer shall reimburse the full amount within three (3) business days of invoice payment receipt. Orders with packaging and delivery charges exceeding $100 USD: Payment must be received in full prior to the purchase of packaging materials and booking of shipment. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier once all amounts due are paid. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
- Customer Information: To comply with these Terms and facilitate shipment, you must provide your full legal name, email address, and contact phone number prior to shipment. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information is a material breach and may delay or cancel your order.
- Safety and End Use: Unless expressly certified in writing, parts are provided “as‑is” for prototyping or non‑critical uses and are not warranted for load‑bearing, medical, aerospace, or safety‑critical applications.
- Warranties and Disclaimers: Except as expressly stated, services and parts are provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amounts you paid for the specific items giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your files, specifications, instructions, or unlawful use of the parts.
- Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or design changes after work has begun may incur charges for time, materials, and completed work to date.
- Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia (Fulton County), without regard to conflicts rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the County of Fulton - Georgia, and the parties consent to jurisdiction there.
- Methods of Payment: Acceptable payment methods will be specified on the invoice. Failure to remit payment when due constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service Agreement and may result in additional collection costs payable by the customer.
